Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter- 1 cup
- Schezwan Ketchup- 1/2 cup
- Cooked noodles- 1 cup
- Finely chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, cabbage)- 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onion- 1/2 cup
- Refined Oil- 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method Of Preparation:
- Mix cooked noodles with Schezwan Ketchup.
- Spread dosa batter on a hot pan, cook until golden brown.
- Spread noodle mixture on half of the dosa. Add chopped vegetables, onions, and green chili (if using), fold dosa in roundles, cook until crispy & cut.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
