1. Blanched 300 gm. vegetables of your choice (Baby Corn, Onion, Paneer, Broccoli, Green Peas, Sweet Corn, and Carrot) & keep aside.
2. Add 1 ½ tbsp. Sesame oil in a pan; add onion, Paneer, and sautéed well till golden brown, add blanched vegetables in a pan and sautéed for 3-4 minute till vegetables get tender.
3. Add 92.5 gm. (5.5 tbsp) Thai Lime & Basil sauce in sautéed vegetables, mix properly and serve hot.
