NONG BBQ Mustard Mayo Veg Burger


To make patties:

  1. Boiled raw bananas-2
  2. Boiled peas-1 cup
  3. Grated carrot-1 cup
  4. Chopped green chillies-1 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
  6. Salt-2 tsp
  7. Sugar-1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  10. Fresh bread crumbs-1 cup
  11. Lemon juice-1 tbsp

To fry patties:

  1. Refined Oil as required
  2. All-purpose flour slurry-1 cup
  3. Fresh bread crumbs-1 cup

Vegetables for burger:

  1. Sliced tomatoes-1 cup
  2. Sliced cucumber-1 cup
  3. Lettuce leaves-1 cup

Other Ingredients:

  1. Cheese- 2 slices
  2. BBQ Mustard Mayo NONG- 3 tbsp
  3. Red chilli flakes-1 tsp


Method of Preparation

Patties preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed raw bananas, boiled peas, carrot, all other ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Make the circular patties from that stuffing and dip into all-purpose flour slurry. Rub that into fresh bread crumbs and deep fry them.

Burger preparation:

  1. Cut the burger buns into half; put them on a non-stick pan which is greased with butter.
  2. Now apply butter on the base bun, put tomato and cucumber slices. Place the patty on it, apply mayonnaise and ketchup. Then put lettuce and the cheese slice.
  3. Put the second half of the bun on top and serve it with NONG BBQ Mustard Mayo.
