Ingredients
To make patties:
- Boiled raw bananas-2
- Boiled peas-1 cup
- Grated carrot-1 cup
- Chopped green chillies-1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
- Salt-2 tsp
- Sugar-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Fresh bread crumbs-1 cup
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
To fry patties:
- Refined Oil as required
- All-purpose flour slurry-1 cup
- Fresh bread crumbs-1 cup
Vegetables for burger:
- Sliced tomatoes-1 cup
- Sliced cucumber-1 cup
- Lettuce leaves-1 cup
Other Ingredients:
- Cheese- 2 slices
- BBQ Mustard Mayo NONG- 3 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes-1 tsp
Method of Preparation
Patties preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed raw bananas, boiled peas, carrot, all other ingredients and mix it well.
- Make the circular patties from that stuffing and dip into all-purpose flour slurry. Rub that into fresh bread crumbs and deep fry them.
Burger preparation:
- Cut the burger buns into half; put them on a non-stick pan which is greased with butter.
- Now apply butter on the base bun, put tomato and cucumber slices. Place the patty on it, apply mayonnaise and ketchup. Then put lettuce and the cheese slice.
- Put the second half of the bun on top and serve it with NONG BBQ Mustard Mayo.
