NONG Cheesy Cheddar Veg Discs

Ingredients

  1. Bread slices- 10
  2. Cheesy Cheddar Sauce- 4 tbsp
  3. Grated mozzarella cheese- 1 cup (Optional)
  4. Finely chopped tomato- 1
  5. Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon (Optional)
  6. Mixed herbs- 1/2 teaspoon (Optional)
  7. Chilli flakes- 1 teaspoon (Optional)
  8. Salt- 1/2 teaspoon if required
  9. Butter- 1-2 tablespoons

 

Method of Preparation                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  1. Take bread slices and cut in rounds with the help of a cup or cookies cutter take one smaller cup and cut 5 bread slices from the middle
  2. In a mixing bowl, take 4-5 tbsp Cheesy Cheddar Sauce. (If required mixed herbs, salt to taste, oregano and chilli flakes.)
  3. Mix well everything and prepare stuffing for veg cheesy discs.
  4. Apply sufficient stuffing on bread roundels of bread slices and cover with another slice of bread which is cut from the middle.
  5. By the time, preheat oven on 200°.
  6. Grease the baking tray with some butter and apply some butter on bread slices also.
  7. Arrange cheesy discs on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes on 200° (or till golden brown and changes colour)
  8. Cheesy Cheddar Veg Discs are ready to serve, enjoy endlessly with family and friends.
