NONG Schezwan Ketchup Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. Raw Rice - 200 gm
  2. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Sliced Vegetables - 2 cups (Cabbage, Capsicum)

For Garnishing – Coriander Leaves.

 

Method of Preparation (Serves 4)

  1. Boil 200gm rice till 3/4 done & keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan. Sauté 2 cups sliced vegetables of your choice (cabbage & capsicum) on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice to sautéed vegetables & add 2 or 3 tbsp. of NONG Schezwan Ketchup as per your taste. Mix well & simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Delicious NONG Schezwan Ketchup Fried Rice is ready.
