Required Ingredients for Marination
- Vegetables - 2 cups (Diced capsicum, paneer cubes, Baby Corn)
- NONG BBQ Mustard Mayo - 4 tbsp
- Refined Oil - 1 tsp
Method of Preparation
- In a large bowl, take 4 tbsp NONG BBQ Mustard Mayo.
- Further add 2 cup vegetables like thickly chopped capsicum (red and green), cubes of paneer and baby corn.
- Mix until all the vegetables are mixed well with the sauce.
- Also add 1 tsp oil and mix gently to coat the vegetables well.
- Marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After the marination, put the marinated paneer, capsicum and baby corn in a wooden skewer.
- Further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill it in oven or tandoor.
- Spread a tsp. of oil over the tikka as well.
- Fry on medium flame and keep stirring occasionally.
- Fry on all sides, making sure it does not burn.
- Serve hot.
