Ingredients:
- Slices Bread- 4
- Broccoli Florets (Steamed)- 1 cup
- Alfredo Broccoli -1/2 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese- 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Butter or olive oil for pan-Frying
Optional: Chopped Parsley or Red Pepper Flakes for garnishing
Method Of Preparation:
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Spread a thin layer of butter or drizzle some olive oil on the skillet.
- Place the bread slices in the skillet and toast them on one side until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes.
- Once the bread slices are toasted on one side, flip them over. Spread a layer of Alfredo Broccoli evenly on the toasted side of each slice of bread.
- Arrange the steamed broccoli florets on top of the Alfredo Broccoli sauce, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the broccoli. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Once done, remove from the skillet and transfer to serving plates.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Alfredo Broccoli Open Toast! Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes before serving.
