BBQ Paneer Tikka Gravy

Ingredients: 

  1. Capsicum diced- 1
  2. Medium size onion dice- 1
  3. Tomato Puree- 2 
  4. Refined Oil- 1 tsp.
  5. Ginger garlic paste (optional)- 1 tsp.
  6. Curd- 1/4 cup

 

Method of Preparation: 

  1. Marinate diced 150 gm. paneer, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes and 1 capsicum, ¼ cup curd , 1 tsp. ginger , 1 tsp. oil & 1 tbsp. BBQ Mustard Mayo & refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp. butter, add puree of 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste and sauté for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add 4 tbsp. BBQ Mustard Mayo, sugar & salt as per taste and ½ cup fresh cream. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. 
  4. Add marinated vegetables and cook on low flame till vegetables get tender. 5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
