Ingredients
- Cheesy Cheddar Sauce – ½ cup
- Boiled noodles roughly chopped - 1 cup
- Boiled mashed potato- ¾ cup
- Boiled & coarsely crushed sweet corn- ½ cup
- Spring onion- ½ cup
- Chopped green chilli- 2 tsp
- Refined flour or maida – ½ cup
- Bread crumbs for rolling
- Refined oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation
- To make Cheesy Noodles Potato cutlet, combine the refined flour and ¾ cup water in a bowl, mix well & keep aside.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round cutlet.
- Dip each cutlet in the plain flour water mixture & then roll in the bread crumbs till it is evenly coated from all the side.
- Heat the oil in a pan & deep fry a few cheesy noodles cutlet at a time till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Serve the cheesy noodles potato cutlet immediately with Cheesy Cheddar.
