Mushroom Thai Green Curry

Ingredients

  1. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
  2. Thai Green Curry - 90 gm
  3. Chopped or Sliced Mushroom - 1 Cup
  4. Coconut Milk- 1 Cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander- 1 tbsp

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add Thai Green Curry and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add mushroom and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add coconut milk and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
