Ingredients
- Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
- Thai Green Curry - 90 gm
- Chopped or Sliced Mushroom - 1 Cup
- Coconut Milk- 1 Cup
- Salt to taste
- Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander- 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add Thai Green Curry and sauté for a minute.
- Add mushroom and sauté for another minute.
- Add coconut milk and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
