1. Oil - 2 tbsp
2. Thai Green curry Paste - 90 gm
3. Chopped or Sliced Mushroom - 1 Cup
4. Coconut Milk- 1 Cup
5. Salt to taste
6. Finely Chopped Fresh coriander- 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add Thai green curry paste and fry for a minute.
3. Add mushroom and fry for another minute.
4. Add coconut milk and cook for another 10-12 minutes.Salt to taste
5. Garnish with fresh coriander
6.Serve hot with steamed rice.
