Ingredients
1. Raw Rice - 200 gm
2. Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
3. Sliced Vegetables - 2 cup (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn)
For Garnishing - Spring onion rings
Method of Preparation
1. Boil 200 gm rice till ¾ done & keep aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Sauté 2 cups sliced vegetables of your choice (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn) on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add cooked rice to sautéed vegetables & sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of Peri Peri Sauce. Mix well.
4. Delicious Peri Peri Fried Rice is ready.
