Ingredients
- Raw Rice - 200 gm
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Sliced Vegetables - 2 cup (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn)
- For Garnishing - Spring onion rings
Method of Preparation
- Boil 200 gm rice till ¾ done & keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Sauté 2 cups sliced vegetables of your choice (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn) on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to sauteed vegetables & sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of Peri Peri Sauce. Mix well.
- Delicious Peri Peri Fried Rice is ready.
