Peri Peri Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. Raw Rice - 200 gm
  2. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Sliced Vegetables - 2 cup (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn)
  4. For Garnishing - Spring onion rings

Method of Preparation

  1. Boil 200 gm rice till ¾ done & keep it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan. Sauté 2 cups sliced vegetables of your choice (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, spring onion & baby corn) on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add cooked rice to sauteed vegetables & sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of Peri Peri Sauce. Mix well.
  2. Delicious Peri Peri Fried Rice is ready.
