Schezwan Ketchup Fried Rice

Ingredients

1. Raw Rice - 200 gm
2. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
3. Sliced Vegetable - 2 cup (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot)

For Garnishing - Spring onion ring.

Method of Preparation (Serves 4)

1. Boil 200gm rice till ¾ done & keep aside.

2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan. Sauté 2 cups sliced vegetables of your choice (cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot) on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add cooked rice to sautéed vegetables & add 2 or 3 tbsp. of Schezwan Ketchup as per your taste. Mix well & simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.

4. Delicious Schezwan Ketchup Fried Rice is ready.
