Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Planning and making content required for the brand
- Talking to influencers or influencer agencies and negotiating with them to onboard the influencers
- Sales and engagement reports to be maintained of both the brands
- Crisis management when ever required
Online Sales
- To develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- To drive sales growth, increase revenue, and maximize profitability through effective online sales strategies.
- This includes identifying target markets, defining sales targets, and outlining the tactics and channels to be used to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the online space.
- To coordinate promotional campaigns, optimizing website content and user experience, and leveraging digital marketing channels to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage orders of titbit spices and saucy affair
- Planning for the events and exhibition for promotion and sales
