Job Title - Graphic Designer-FMCG

Responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for handling the design requirements for online store. launches, Meta Ads Content, packaging design, WhatsApp, Social media and Emailer.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines also knowledge of labelling and packaging.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, to get required output as per management requirements.
  • Collaborate efficiently with copywriters, and understand the communication hierarchy & other design elements to effectively implement brand guidelines on each creative. Ensure utmost attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of design and accuracy by designing & adapting key visuals.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop eye-catching creatives for events, promotions, and campaigns to elevate our brand presence and attract customers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members and Digital Head to define visual design direction.
  • Provide input and ideas to help evolve and strengthen our brand identity.

Requirements :

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including eCommerce, retail & packaging design.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or retail brand.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, 3D visualizer, Motion Graphics would be added benefit.
