Job Title - Digital Marketing Intern

Primary Responsibilities:

  • He/She will closely work with the marketing and creative teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant regular content.
  •  Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand while working closely with the Customer Experience team.
  •  Manage the social media calendar and ensure the content is published within deadlines.
  •  Daily, weekly and monthly reports management.
  •  Work closely with the Digital marketing head to design email campaigns and other social media campaigns.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3-6 months of previous internship experience in digital marketing.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree (final year/last semester).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • A clear understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.


Job Title - Lead Shopify Developer

Shopify Developer Responsibilities

  •  Expert-level knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language to edit the website.
  •  Design, develop, and maintain Shopify websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to fellow team members as required.
  • Make bespoke themes and change all the pre-existing templates according to the predefined company guidelines. Should be a professional in all areas of the E-commerce platform.
  •  He/She should be able to Increase the conversion rates by optimizing websites.
  •  Work with the UI and UX design teams to make an inventive, strong, and unique user experience.
  •  Must debug and test out the websites regularly to enhance their performance.
  •  Should be able to analyse data from GA, and Shopify analytics and accordingly guide team on new activities.
  •  Optimize website performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
  •  Stay updated on Shopify platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Shopify Developer Requirements

  • Proficiency in Shopify development, including Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Shopify Websites Development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Expert in JavaScript, DOM, CSS3 and HTML5.
  • Has previous experience in Storefront API and working with custom themes.
  • Previous experience in debugging or implementing 3rd-party Shopify applications and making unique solutions when it’s required.
  • Must carry working knowledge of Shopify properties or objects, Meta fields, and AJAX API.

Job Title - Graphic Designer-FMCG

Responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for handling the design requirements for online store. launches, Meta Ads Content, packaging design, WhatsApp, Social media and Emailer.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines also knowledge of labelling and packaging.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, to get required output as per management requirements.
  • Collaborate efficiently with copywriters, and understand the communication hierarchy & other design elements to effectively implement brand guidelines on each creative. Ensure utmost attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of design and accuracy by designing & adapting key visuals.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop eye-catching creatives for events, promotions, and campaigns to elevate our brand presence and attract customers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members and Digital Head to define visual design direction.
  • Provide input and ideas to help evolve and strengthen our brand identity.

Requirements :

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including eCommerce, retail & packaging design.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working at an agency or retail brand.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, 3D visualizer, Motion Graphics would be added benefit.
